The Operation Manager acts as the central coordinator of the company, ensuring smooth, efficient, and transparent operations across all departments.
This role requires a person with strong ownership and proactive thinking, who can see the big picture, identify issues early, and take the initiative to solve them — not just report them.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and coordinate company-wide operations across HR, Projects, Finance, and Client relations.
- Work closely with department heads to allocate resources effectively — the right people, for the right tasks, at the right time.
- Monitor employee performance, participate in evaluation cycles, and propose improvement or training plans.
- Prepare and maintain operational dashboards and reports on staffing, project progress, cost, and performance.
- Identify problems early, propose and coordinate practical solutions across teams.
- Serve as the bridge between the CEO and all departments, ensuring clear communication, fast execution, and measurable outcomes.
- Additionally, handle ad-hoc tasks assigned directly by the CEO and proactively propose improvements to help maintain and stabilize the company’s operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years of experience in Operation Manager
- Experience in a software company or outsourcing environment.
- Proven ability to organize, plan, and follow through on complex workflows.
- Experience working directly with senior management or CEOs.
- Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Sheets, Excel,…..
